A BLESSING FOR YOURSELF
AND THOSE AROUND YOU
IT’S TIME TO BE
AWAKENING TO YOUR INNERMOST BEAUTY
The best musicians and athletes, always lean towards improving themselves every single day, often under skilled guidance from a highly accomplished teacher as well as their association with like-minded beings. Although their results are fantastic, it’s not the results that set them apart, it’s their deep-seated dedication to daily practice – in the right context – that makes them exceptional.
Give a world-class pianist a piano out of tune and his music will send his audience scampering for the door. Give a great violinist a violin out of tune, and regardless of her genius she may have us leaping out the window.
Great music must have the right resonance for its expression, and so must we. Every musical instrument needs to be finely tuned, on a regular basis, for it to deliver the perfect sound quality.
When was the last time you were finely tuned through constructive feedback or a truth-serum from someone who could see through your fantasies about yourself and your worldview?

BEING MINDFUL
The signature experience of being deeply mindful is flow. Being in flow means to not only do everything tastefully and with presence but to also perform at high levels of competence effortlessly. This is when we no longer have to think about what we are going to say or do, because our words and actions just pour out of us spontaneously.
It is this higher form of living that makes us stand out in people’s minds for the longest period of time and places us firmly on the grand highway to awakening. When we assess spiritual practice by how brilliantly it improves our overall wellbeing, then mindful practice, diligently performed, has no rival.
