AWAKENING TO YOUR INNERMOST BEAUTY

The incredible beauty and value in the disciplined practice of meditation is that it creates the necessary space in our mind for experiencing the finest and purest states of consciousness we so deeply desire. Through regular practice, we keep our thoughts, words, feelings and actions focused only on a few key priorities that converge or blend together into an ultrasonic force propelling us towards extraordinary change. 

Such convergence places everything in our lives in total alignment. This means that our health, relationships, vocation, spiritual practice and whatever else that really matters to us, are in optimal form.

To achieve such convergence, two important requirements have to be met: A non-negotiable commitment to saying goodbye to unnecessary tasks, obligations, expectations and opinions, while welcoming in a wide range of inspirational realities that enrich our lives, especially in thinking deeply and immersing ourselves towards making our finest contribution to the world around us.

Our deepest desire is not for external rewards or accomplishments, but for a deep connection with the divinity that dwells in and around us, and so in all our doing we must ensure that we are building a solid foundation for crafting a remarkable life, instead of an average one.

WONDERMENT

The whole point of letting go of an average form of living and striving towards a remarkable one is to enhance our flourishing, in worldly and spiritual matters, to make our moments supremely delightful.

Letting go of all that is not worthy of us, is an excellent cure for all the diseases of the mind that root us in a diminished form of living filled with its incessant fears, frustrations and fiascos. 

When we renounce a shallow, wasteful, and unconscious form of living, we assess reality from the perspective of wonderment like a child does, and it is then that we discover a multitude of ways in which to make every day a special one by opening our hearts to the exquisite experiences every moment has to offer.

BEING MINDFUL

All our suffering results from being insufficiently attentive to the causes and conditions from which our difficulties arise. By developing our capacity to be aware of all the conditions from which our joys and sorrows arise, we can eliminate the causes that bring us pain and strengthen those that lead to an exceptional life.

In a world that is growing more and more chaotic, mindfulness is as important as ever because it helps us to be peaceful and centred in our power by promoting creative or insightful ways in which to transform the challenges we face daily to our advantage.

When we make mindfulness into a default setting from which we approach our everyday reality, we are deciding to be happier, less stressed, more focused, and more creative while flourishing in every facet of our lives.
